Data we handle and why

• Account and access data: your name, email, salted password hash, sessions, and app authorization records identify your account, support sign-in, enforce project permissions, and manage connections.
• Project content: schematics, PCB designs, libraries, project notes, saved versions, and generated check or export artifacts provide the design and collaboration features you request. Content may include personal information you choose to upload or enter.
• Collaboration and activity records: membership, agent activity, change history, and review records support access control, traceability, collaboration, and recovery. These can include names, account identifiers, email addresses, and project content.
• Service and support data: request paths, timestamps, hostnames, IP addresses, and information you send to support help us operate, troubleshoot, secure the service, and respond to requests. Our application request logger omits query strings.

Connected apps and recipients

When you connect Codex, ChatGPT, or another agent tool, that service can request project data and perform actions allowed by the selected project's permissions. Requested inputs reach NOMOREDA, and returned results reach your selected agent service. Review that provider's privacy policy and account settings for its own handling of those inputs and results.

Project content is available to collaborators with the access you grant. If an owner creates a document embed and shares its complete viewer link, recipients can view the saved document until that link expires or is revoked. Restrictions on which websites may frame the viewer do not restrict who may receive the complete link. Revocation cannot recall copies a recipient already made.

We use hosting and other infrastructure service providers to operate NOMOREDA and providers that help handle support communications. They may process the data needed to perform those services. Cloudflare Turnstile runs an invisible browser challenge when a guest workspace starts to help distinguish people from automated traffic; Cloudflare describes this processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. NOMOREDA is operated from Türkiye; this does not mean that all service infrastructure is located there. Data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Contact us for information about the processing arrangements relevant to your data.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or necessary to address a substantiated security incident or legal claim, subject to applicable safeguards.

Cookies and browser storage

NOMOREDA uses authentication cookies and browser storage for sign-in, connection state, local design caching, and interface preferences. Signing out clears the current sign-in cookie. Local browser caches may retain project content until cleared from that browser.

Retention and deletion

Active project records and saved artifacts are retained to provide collaboration, history, and recovery. Moving a project to Trash disables access but preserves its data until restored or separately erased. Disconnecting an app does not delete the project, activity history, exports, or records held by another provider.

Web sign-in sessions expire after up to 30 days. App authorization grants currently last at most 30 days, and access tokens last at most one hour. Credential expiry ends access; it does not itself erase project or authorization history. Owners can revoke access earlier.

To request erasure of account or project data, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and consider shared-project ownership and obligations to retain particular records.

• We will erase eligible active-system data within 30 days after verifying the request.
• Backup copies will expire within 90 days.
• Routine access logs will be retained for at most 30 days.

Retention required for a specific legal obligation or dispute must be explained and limited to what is necessary. Copies already provided to collaborators or agent services need separate handling. These timelines describe our service commitments; deletion requests are handled through support.

Your controls and rights

You can review project access, revoke connections, export supported native files, and contact support to request information about your personal data, access, correction, or erasure. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis, or complain to a data-protection authority. We may request proportionate verification to protect your data.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice where required. Changes to this page do not by themselves authorize new uses that require a separate legal basis.
