Accounts and authorized use

Use an account you are authorized to operate and keep its credentials secure. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to use its data and enter the applicable service agreement on its behalf. You are responsible for choosing collaborators and connected-app permissions and promptly revoking access that is no longer needed.

Do not use the service to gain unauthorized access, disrupt others, evade access controls, distribute malicious content, or violate applicable law. Upload only content you have the rights and permissions to process and share.

Your content

You retain your ownership rights in the content you provide. You authorize us to store, process, render, convert, and transmit that content as needed to provide features you request, including collaboration, native checks, exports, and agent connections you enable. This permission does not transfer ownership or give us a general right to publish your designs. Separately shared viewer links and exports are under your control and may leave the private project.

Agent actions and engineering review

Connected agents can read or change a project according to its permissions and the operations you authorize. Review the selected project, requested action, and proposed changes before approving edits. Revision guards, saved versions, Undo, and check results support review but do not guarantee recovery from every error.

Native export success, an automated check, a routing result, or a release candidate is not certification of electrical safety, manufacturability, legal compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for engineering review, component suitability, independent validation, and any required professional or regulatory approval before manufacturing or operating hardware. The app does not place manufacturing orders or certify production readiness.

Availability, other services, and charges

Availability depends on the hosted service, its workers, and the agent platform you choose. Supported operations vary by design format, permissions, and worker availability. An unavailable operation may refuse a request. Keep independent copies of important design files.

Codex, ChatGPT, and other third-party products are provided under their own terms. Any paid NOMOREDA service or changed price must be disclosed before purchase under the applicable order or subscription terms. Installing this plugin does not authorize a manufacturing order or an unspecified charge.

Suspension, closure, and legal rights

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address material misuse, security risks, or legal requirements, with notice where appropriate and legally permitted. You may stop using the service, revoke connected access, and request account closure. Data handling after closure is described in our privacy policy.

The service may contain errors or experience interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
