Getting help

Include your account email, a short description, the approximate time of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. A project link or a redacted screenshot can help. Do not include passwords, API keys, project tokens, complete private viewer links, or confidential design files in an initial message. If files are needed, we will agree on an appropriate way to share them.

Connecting your project

Sign in to NOMOREDA through your app's connection screen, select the intended project, and review its read or edit permission. If you create a project on the website, connect that project before asking the agent to edit it. This connection does not require an OpenAI API key.

Manual MCP setup remains available for other compatible agent tools. To change projects or permissions, reconnect. You can revoke a connection from the project's Agents panel.

Privacy and deletion requests

Contact support from the account's email address and identify the data concerned. We may need to verify ownership and consider shared-project access or records that must be retained. See our privacy policy for the approved timelines and your controls.

Disconnecting an app stops future access through that connection; it does not erase your project or copies already exported. Moving a project to Trash also does not permanently erase its data.
